- dk / weight 3 yarn I used WI Premium acrylic Shade Plum (250 metres per 100g)
- Yarn substitutes: (Stylecraft Bambino, 268 metres per 100g), (Cygnet Pure Baby Anti-Pilling 245 metres per 100g)
- 4 and 4.5mm crochet hooks
- 2 and 3 mm crochet hooks for the appliques and small amounts of various coloured yarn
- Written in 🇬🇧 English US terms with abbreviations for UK
- With a 4.5mm hook
