Digital Products Policy At SMESHTIK, we provide premium digital products, including Notion templates and productivity systems. Due to the immediate, digital nature of these products, all sales are final.
Once a purchase is made and the digital access link has been delivered to your email, the product is considered "used" and downloaded. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items All our products are digital downloads. We do not sell any physical items that can be shipped back to our business address (30 North Gould Street, Sheridan Wyoming). Please do not send any physical mail requesting a return.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period (Digital Exemption) According to EU consumer protection laws, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent. By purchasing and immediately accessing our digital Notion systems, you acknowledge and agree that you lose your right of withdrawal.
