SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long will it take to receive my order? We value speed, but quality takes time.

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Shipping Time (USA): 5–10 business days.

  • International Shipping: 7–20 business days depending on your location.

Do you ship worldwide? Yes. SMESHTIK ships globally. Whether you are in the US, Europe, or elsewhere, we will get the gear to you. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes incurred.

 

Where is my tracking number? Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking status to update in the carrier's system.

ORDERS & RETURNS

Can I cancel or change my order? Our system processes orders quickly. If you need to make a change (like an incorrect address), please contact us immediately at contact@smeshtik.com. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes.

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. To start a return, email us first. We do not accept returns sent back without prior notification.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do? We stand by our quality. If you receive a defective item, email us at contact@smeshtik.com with a photo of the issue, and we will make it right immediately.

SIZING & CARE

How do your t-shirts fit? Our apparel is designed for a standard, comfortable fit suitable for training or street wear. If you prefer an oversized or "pump cover" look, we recommend ordering one size up.

How should I wash my gear? To keep the prints looking fresh and brutal:

  • Wash inside out with cold water.

  • Hang dry or tumble dry on low heat.

  • Do not iron directly on the design.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Apple Pay. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
