- dk / weight 3 yarn I used WI Premium acrylic Shade Plum (250 metres per 100g)
- Yarn substitutes: (Stylecraft Bambino, 268 metres per 100g), (Cygnet Pure Baby Anti-Pilling 245 metres per 100g)
- 4 and 4.5mm crochet hooks
- 2 and 3 mm crochet hooks for the appliques and small amounts of various coloured yarn
- Written in 🇬🇧 English US terms with abbreviations for UK
- With a 4.5mm hook

Lovely simple cardigan so that you can have the buttons or appliques stand out. I wanted something simple for when I used these novelty buttons so that it wouldn't be "too much"! Took longer than most cardigans because it's SC but it uses less yarn this way. My nephew loves it.
