This is such a cute pattern and really easy to follow. The pictures included are really helpful and I love that it has dog/baby sizes too so you can match/make matching gifts.
I was a little confused in the beginning but honestly that was a me issue lol I was surprised to see that the instructions tell you how to make 3 sizes and I love that! I used bamboo-tiful yarn from hobby lobby with a 3mm hook because I tend to crochet bigger with my tension but overall this pattern was perfect once I got the hang of it!

Was a little difficult to follow at first but once I got the hang of it it worked up super easy and quick. Loved how the video matched the pattern exactly and even had the pattern written on the video as she worked through it.

this pattern felt like being pushed to intermediate level, i don’t know why but i had so much trouble skipping stitches or forgetting a CH and having to undo rows upon rows. the beginning is also a “trust the process” because it looked so strange until a few rows in that i kept redoing it. those are all a “me problem”, however i think having a crochet chart or symbol diagram would be helpful. still 5 stars!! super cute pattern and so fun to learn! i’ve made two so far!
The pattern leaves a bit to be desired in clarity. An experienced crocheter can figure out the few flaws. Otherwise the project works up well.

The only difficult part is the beginning, that was a bit unclear, but everything else was good. I made one with leaf tassels and now all my friends want one.

Very easy to understand, but I am an intermediate crafter. Loved that the pattern was a video for free but had the option of pdf. Just followed the video when I needed a clarifying visual. This item is absolutely my favorite! I’ve made one for everyone in my family and still making myself extras! It is easy to follow and has a video on YouTube you can follow if needed. Once you start making I’d say 2, you can easily make them. This pattern does have many steps and my mind wonders when I crochet. So I underline with pencil what step I’m on ie. Round 17 and then if I stop in the middle, I erase everything I’ve already done so when I come back I’m at the right spot without question. About to make one for my puppy now!
