I followed the pattern carefully, but once I was midway through, it became obvious that the sizing and proportions were completely off and there was no way the finished item would fit a child as described. Had this pattern actually been made and tested before being sold, these issues should have been caught. I wasted both time and yarn before realizing the pattern simply wasn’t going to work.
