While I wouldn't recommend for a beginner, the instructions are very thorough, as always, from this designer. Her instructions are clearly written and the step-by-step photos clearly show how each step should look. These are definitely worth a try if you have experience with crocheting amigurumi--or if you're a very confident beginner.
I love these mini kingdom patterns. I have the book and have made almost all of them. I particularly love this little witch. She's small but very pretty.
Fantastic instructions. The amigurumi turned out really well. The only small adjustment I had to make was for the Grim Reaper: the hood was a bit too wide, so I removed about 6 stitches and it worked perfectly. To prevent anything from showing underneath the skull, I added 3 rows of double crochet. Very satisfied.
