Great pattern! Exactly what I was looking for. I made it in a slightly smaller gauge with lace-weight yarn, and my sister loved it! Bulked up the string tie a little and blocked at the end, and it was perfect.
I used a tiny bit bigger yarn and it still turned out so cute! I have a picture when I was partially through it

As a more advanced beginner crocheter I would not call this a beginner pattern. The pattern can be quite a bit confusing, and only after watching her mostly silent video over and over again I was able to get it. To future buyer: The end result is beautiful, and definitely worth it. But please keep in mind this pattern is not written like other patterns and that can be very confusing. I would definitely recommend having more experience as it was definitely easier to go off of what feels right than the actual pattern. To seller: It seems the repeating section of the pattern is confusing for a lot of people, one thing I would recommend is writing the full stitch for rows 11-14 to get a better feel for how the new repeating works, or adding some voice over commentary to the provided video and break it down the sts into chunks.

This was my first time following a pattern. It was relatively easy to understand, and for parts I got stuck there's also a video to help. The pattern is really cute and took only 2 days to complete! My only critique is that the ties don't seem very secure to the hem.

Unfortunately the instructions are incomplete and so is the video tutorial. I was super excited to make this but even as an experienced crocheter, it was not coming out correctly. Hopefully others can do better than I.
It was really helpful that she had a video otherwise I don’t think I could’ve done this project. I am a new Crochet and it was a bit challenging, but it turned out so beautiful!
