Very cute outcome. I added the plastic canvas bottom like the pattern recommends and also added my own liner. Pattern was well written, but I would not recommend it to someone new to crochet or new to reading patterns.

Great pattern! The stitches create sturdy feeling walls of the bag. I just wish we have the option to add a zipper. The top flap doesn't cover much leaving the sides next to it exposed. Think of it as a tote bag with a tiny scrap covering a small section of the middle. Looks cute but not secure. I will try to figure out how to add a zipper myself and update if I do it successfully.
I haven’t used the pattern yet but it looks quite clear and easy to follow with diagrams.
