After my first rating and after explaining the reason behind the low rating, the seller/designer contacted me and after several attempts to correct the unresponsive pants pattern she was able to correct the omission and I was finally able to download the entire Newborn Layette. Seller was not through with me yet though, as I asked her specific questions about the amount of and kind of yarn to purchase for making it. She has been very prompt and extremely thorough in her responses and above and beyond patient with me and the solution and answers to my questions. I highly recommend this seller.
