The pattern seems easy to follow and the pictures help to map out what your work should mimic at various points in the pattern.
The pattern worked up does not match the picture. picture shows a seamless top; pattern as written creates a seam onlong the top. Inside the pattern, pictures show you seaming along the toe...this does not happen. picture also shows that shoe should be crocheted around the edge to finish it off....again not written in. pattern has you crochet the back loop than the front loop...no biggie, however as written this creates a weird ridge inside the shoe. Vent holes are not this defined, nor do the stitch counts match this picture. As a decades long crocheter. I was disappointed the picture and my intial reaction to the pattern was excitement at the detail and how quickly I'd be able to whip these up for a last minute gift. Now, I will be a time consuming act of seeing if I can reverse engineer my own pattern from the pic.

The pattern is not working as written and my messages to the seller are resulting in replies that are not helpful. The pattern is full of basic crochet information but does not explain the stitches needed to complete this shoe. Added note: the seller refunded my purchase cost.
