I’m 10 and I love to knit and crochet, I love all animals but especially octopi, so when I saw this pattern I had to make it!! I love this octopus so much, and the pattern was easy to follow. Some parts of it were a bit hard to understand, but it was really fun to make and it looks soooo cute! I definitely recommend this pattern!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️🐙🐙🐙

Great pattern, made expected octopus
Badly written pattern making it very hard work. Photos are inadequate, as are the instructions. I did message the seller and they came back to answer my questions when I got stuck. They sent me extra photos and information for the pattern ( that I was told is being ' worked on' ) but if you are selling a pattern for £12 I would expect that you already have included this information in or with the pattern, not wait until someone can't understand it and has to ask! Lovely octopus but very poor instructions for making it and certainly not worth £12. You need stop selling it until you improve the pattern or reduce what you are charging for it.

To be honest i struggled with the tentacles and it takes a lot of time. BUT the end result is soooo worth it! I love him!
Love this pattern. Instructions are well written and easy to follow
A fun project with clear instructions and photos. One suggestion would be to mention starting with a magic circle or a 3-4 ch loop to start the under belly and head piece for those not familiar with how to start an ‘in the round’ piece. I also found it easier to use embroidery floss/tapestry wool/yarn to sew pieces together when using chenille yarn. Chenille yarn tends to separate while sewing and the strand gets stuck when pulling through. I am making more octopus from this great pattern as gifts!
