This is a very cute coaster and the pattern, for the most part, it is well written. I made the mistake of choosing the wrong yarn and that is not the pattern or the creator's fault because they do have a yarn size and hook size recommendation. The time it took me to complete the project was also on point, it was about 2-3 hours. Unfortunately, the nose part of the pattern should be corrected, I could not follow along there. Also, this pattern cannot be recomended to beginners when the pattern doesn't specify where to place the limbs the head or the tail. Beginners need stitch count and more instructions on how to sew or glue. I hope my recommendation helps you. I'm a little more advanced so I was able to figure it out on my own.
